Shipping policy

At Swellcraft, every accessory is made to order in our workshop by 3D printing. Orders are prepared with care to guarantee the quality of each product before shipping. Preparation times may vary depending on the product and order volume, but your order is generally shipped within 3 to 7 working days after payment is confirmed. Orders are shipped to the address given at checkout, with suitable packaging to protect the products in transit. Delivery times then depend on the carrier and destination. Once the order has shipped, a tracking number may be provided to the customer when the chosen shipping method allows it. Any delays caused by the carrier are beyond our control. Methods and rates

• Mondial Relay pickup point: €4.90, free from €25 (France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany, Austria, Poland)
• Home delivery with La Poste: €6.90 (France and European Union)

We do not ship outside the European Union (nor to Switzerland).
